Business Census 2017-2018 of the MSMEs of Orizaba, Veracruz as a strategy to detect areas of opportunity that allow their strengthening

Resumen

Este artículo profundiza en el análisis de las MIPYMES con la ejecución de un censo realizado en la ciudad de Orizaba, Veracruz en los años 2017 al 2018, en el cual fueron estudiadas 2348 empresas en colaboración con la Cámara Nacional de Comercio, Servicios y Turismo de esta ciudad. La finalidad del estudio fue diagnosticar la situación de las empresas que a su vez generó propuestas inclusivas para el fortalecimiento empresarial en las áreas de oportunidad detectadas. Se aplicó una encuesta cerrada que analizó las variables de capacitación, asesoría, uso de las TIC´S y financiamiento. El instrumento que se presenta ha sido validado y puede ser transferible a otras investigaciones que compartan un objetivo igual o similar de este artículo.

Abstract
This article delves into the analysis of MSMEs with the execution of a census conducted in the city of Orizaba, Veracruz in the years 2017 to 2018, in which 2348 companies were studied in collaboration with the National Chamber of Commerce, Services and Tourism of this city. The purpose of the study was to diagnose the situation of the companies that in turn generated inclusive proposals for business strengthening in the areas of opportunity detected. A closed survey was applied that analyzed the variables of training, advice, use of ICTs and financing. The instrument presented has been validated and may be transferable to other researches that share an equal or similar objective of this article.
