Recursos humanos e innovación en las micro y pequeñas empresas: un análisis de relaciones causales.

El objetivo del presente artículo es analizar de forma explicativa la relación entre la gestión de los recursos humanos y la innovación en las micro y pequeñas empresas (mypes). La investigación se realizó en el municipio de San Juan del Río, Querétaro, México, con un muestreo aleatorio simple, el cual considera proporciones p 0.5, con un error del 5 % y una confiabilidad del 95 % con un tamaño de muestra de 384 micro y pequeños empresarios. Entre los principales hallazgos, se sabe que son tres factores los que aportan significativamente a la innovación, los cuales son un equipo de trabajo leal, un buen trato con la gente y trabajar en mejorar su productividad.
