Abstract

The objective of this research is to know the leadership performance of the directors of micro and small companies (MSE´s) in Acapulco after the pandemic. The research approach is quantitative, descriptive and longitudinal; a hybrid questionnaire was used in a printed and digital version; Two primary dimensions in leadership are considered: processes and factors. The analysis determined that the business reality is getting closer and closer to the maximum feasible in relation to the previous study (during the pandemic); that is, the leaders made use of resilience as a balancing process to strengthen their businesses.
