Analysis of the management skills of Tonaltec women owners of micro-enterprises

The work was carried out with the objective of identifying the management skills used by women leaders of a microenterprise in order to achieve a competitive advantage in the market, a fundamental element for the survival of businesses. For this, data collection was carried out through a direct questionnaire structured to 207 volunteer entrepreneurs from the municipality of Tonalá, Jalisco, Mexico. The results show communication and conflict management as skills with statistical significance for the generation of competitive advantage.
