Abstract

Competitive advantage is a differentiated competitive position that enterprises strive to achieve in order to remain in the market, establishing the elements or factors that generate this situation within organizations is a multivariate process. The objective of this research is to generate a model for the competitive advantage using linear regression, with an explanatory r of 78.6%, having predictive variables and standardized coefficients: production and quality at 0.365; human resources at 0.187, satisfaction at 0.176, finances at 0.178, and corporate social responsibility at 0.35, significantly explaining the competitive advantage of MSEs which is the object of this study.
