Abstract

A proposal of a multiple regression model was made to identify technological skills which influence competitiveness in MSEs from the municipalities of Tepic and Xalisco, Nayarity State, developed in 2020. The research has a quantitative, exploratory and cross-sectional focus, the independent variables of said model are: innovation suppliers, the use of technology within production processes, information methods, information back-up, innovation-products; the model results with r2= 0.146; however, it is not statistically significant; it is concluded that the variable: Use of technology in production processes, should be added.
