Abstract

For entrepreneurs, social responsibility is key, since they are the drivers of initiatives and are in charge of transmitting organizational values to their public; therefore, this quantitative, cross-sectional study which has an exploratory and descriptive scope, aims to determine the impact of the educational level of small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) managers from the Valle de Santiago has on corporate social responsibility (CSR) actions performed by these enterprises.
Results show that the educational level of SME managers from the Valle de Santiago, have no impact on the CSR that their businesses perform.
