Percepciones de empleados SEO sobre inteligencia artificial en el ámbito laboral digital

Este estudio analiza las percepciones de profesionales de Optimización para Motores de Búsqueda (SEO) sobre la implementación de inteligencia artificial (IA) en el entorno laboral. Se empleó un enfoque fenomenológico-constructivista mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas a diez participantes, incluyendo miembros del equipo SEO, responsables de marketing y expertos externos. Los resultados identificaron tres categorías centrales: la IA como catalizador de eficiencia, como socio colaborativo y como elemento de redefinición profesional. Asimismo, se observaron diferencias en las percepciones según género y rol organizacional. Los hallazgos muestran que los profesionales han construido una relación colaborativa con la IA que incrementa la eficiencia, amplía sus capacidades estratégicas y transforma la percepción de su propio valor profesional. El estudio concluye que la integración de la IA en el trabajo SEO es interpretada principalmente como un proceso de complementariedad humano-máquina, más que como un fenómeno de sustitución tecnológica.
