Without a doubt, the academic situation before and after confinement caused by COVID-19 pandemic has become a turning point in the approach to the educational process. The objective of this research is centered on knowing and analyzing knowledge and the tools implemented by graduates who majored in special needs education in a scenario upon returning to classes. For this research, digital resources, a quantitative methodology and the context of ten municipalities from Mexico State were used. Results allowed us to comprehend and value the teaching practice with students who have disabilities or special educational needs.
