Abstract

The need to link normal education with the implementation of the New Mexican School (NEM) seeks to identify the challenges that this link implies in the professional development of teachers in training at the San Felipe del Progreso Normal School (ENSFP). This research work consists of a documentary analysis focusing on areas such as English teaching, socio-emotional education, teaching and technological innovation. A pedagogical diagnosis was carried out, integrating the theoretical review and the experience of four ENSFP teachers. The research focuses on identifying and addressing the challenges that teachers face when implementing NEM in these areas.
