The objective of this research was to establish how the virtual environment and creative thinking affect the development of mathematical skills of teachers at the primary level of a UGEL Local Educational Management Unit in Lima in 2022. The study has a quantitative approach, a non-experimental design. and cross; It was carried out in a population of 210 teachers and a convenience sample of 83 teachers. The questionnaire was used with validity and reliability. The research concludes that the virtual environment and creative thinking affect the development of mathematical skills of teachers of a UGEL in Metropolitan Lima.
