The objective of this article is to describe the relationships of anxiety induced by the teacher and the manifestations of anxiety in educational moments; It should be noted that the exposed work is derived from the project of educational anxiety in university students. The study design was quantitative cross-sectional with a correlational scope. The intentional sample consisted of 875 university students from the state of Coahuila. The instruments used were the Beck Anxiety Inventory and the Educational Anxiety Questionnaire. The results showed that there is a positive relationship between some characteristics of the teacher and anxiety. It is concluded that the greater the presence of an aggressive, dispersed, unwilling, intimidating teacher who does not clarify doubts, the greater the presence of somatic symptoms of anxiety.
